Who are we?

Welcome to Thine Harvest City Church!

We are a Pentecostal Indian church based in Windsor, Ontario—a warm and vibrant community of believers who see every person who walks through our doors as a precious gift from God, created with a divine purpose. Our desire is that everyone who joins us feels loved, encouraged, and spiritually uplifted through the power of God’s Word.

We hold two worship services every Sunday:

  • Windsor Service – 10:30 a.m., 3340 Sandwich St., Windsor, ON
  • Chatham Service – 6:30 p.m., 255 Gregory Dr W, Chatham, ON

Our services are a place of deep worship, anointed preaching, powerful prayer, and spiritual breakthrough. You’ll experience vibrant praise in Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil; heartfelt testimonies; and Holy Spirit-led messages that stir your soul and draw you closer to God. We also offer dedicated Kids Worship, dynamic Sunday School, Youth and Ladies Ministries, and outreach efforts that carry the fire of the Gospel into our neighborhoods and beyond.

Whether you’re a student, working professional, unemployed, or a growing family—there’s a place for you here. Come as you are and experience the presence of God in a fresh, powerful way.

Welcome to the family.

OUR BEGINNING

Just like in the book of Acts, where the early church was birthed through prayer, unity, and the power of the Holy Spirit, the story of Thine Harvest City Church began with a divine calling—a fire placed in the hearts of a few faithful families. Pastor Shinu Thomas, together with Evangelist Abin Alex, Brother Santhosh John, and Brother Jinoy Varghese, along with their families, moved to Windsor, Ontario, carrying a burden to reach the unreached and a vision to see lives transformed by the Gospel. They didn’t come with a crowd or a platform, but with faith, obedience, and a hunger for revival.

Trusting in God’s timing and provision, these four families began praying and seeking His will. On April 4, 2021, in the midst of uncertainty and global change, these four families gathered online for the very first service—just a few voices, but hearts ablaze with expectation. And just as in Acts 2:47, “the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”

God began to move. What started in living rooms and digital screens soon became a growing fellowship of worship, prayer, and breakthrough. Then came a new season—on August 15, 2021, the church stepped into its first in-person service. It wasn’t just a gathering—it was a moment of fulfillment, a taste of God’s faithfulness. From that day, the momentum didn’t slow down. God continued to send souls, stir hearts, and expand the vision.

As the congregation grew, so did the need—and God made a way. A larger space was provided, making room not just for numbers, but for deeper encounters with His presence. Testimonies poured in, families were restored, and lives were changed—one soul, one family, one testimony at a time.

And this is just the beginning.

The journey continues—not by might, not by power, but by His Spirit.

To God be all the glory. We move forward—with Him, for Him, and in Him.

Jeremiah 17:7-8
But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.
